No matter what your
health & fitness goals are, the Amberley Gym has a
wide-range of programmes, classes and equipment that
will help you get there.
The Gym is split into two main areas, the Gym & the
Studio. With the addition of new slide doors the gym and
studio can be closed off from each other allowing gym
members to work out while classes are being run in the
studios.
The gym is relatively quiet most of the time with a cap
on the number of current Gym Memberships, the gym
continues to remain exclusive and not overcrowded.
Please check our Gym Timetable for class times and gym
availability. The Gym studio is home to range of classes
including; Pilates, Tai Chi and Circuit Classes.
The Gym has continued to stay up to date with
advancements in the Health & Fitness industry by
providing new equipment and information to members. With
Gym Memberships available from less than $1 a day, the
Amberley Gym is both an affordable and a practical
choice.
